In restorative mediation, the issue often isn’t the harm itself; it goes way deeper. It is what we hope to achieve. It is how we choose to respond.
Effective and lasting conflict resolution begins when we shift from blame to accountability, from stonewalling to dialogue, from judgment to understanding, from contention to respect and grace.

Restoration must be the goal before it can become the reality.
